Who is responsible and how to contact us

ASSIO LEX AND ASSOCIATES LLC, Company ID 400470566, operates this website and is responsible for deciding how website enquiries are handled. SurrogacyLawyers.ge is a service name and does not replace the legal entity identity.

Privacy enquiries can currently be sent to info@surrogacylawyers.ge with the subject “Privacy Request”, or raised by telephone at +995 555 940 077. A dedicated privacy contact, if appointed, will be published here.

Information we may collect

When you contact us directly or use an activated secure form, we may receive your name, contact details, country, journey stage, requested service, deadline, preferred contact method and the factual description you choose to provide. We do not request passport copies, complete medical records, genetic information or other highly sensitive documents through the first public form.

The web server may process limited technical information needed to deliver and protect the site, such as request time, requested path, browser information and a security-limited network identifier. Optional Smartsupp and Elfsight tools are not loaded unless the visitor allows them through the website privacy choice.

Why information is used

If a matter can be considered, the responsible lawyer will identify what is necessary, the lawful authority for receiving it and an appropriate secure transfer route. The website is not directed to children and does not invite children to submit enquiries.

Recipients, service providers and international transfers

Access is limited to people and providers who need information for the stated purpose. This may include the firm’s authorised team, hosting and mail providers, security support, Smartsupp when its chat is allowed, Elfsight and WhatsApp when that route is used, and professional advisers or authorities where disclosure is necessary and lawful.

Some providers may process information outside Georgia or the visitor’s home country. Before activating a production processor, the firm must assess the provider, contractual safeguards, access controls and the rules applicable to any international transfer. Foreign legal counsel receives matter information only within an appropriate professional and data-sharing basis.

Retention

Enquiry information will be kept only for an approved period linked to conflict checking, response, possible engagement, legal duties and the establishment or defence of claims. The precise production form-retention period is still awaiting approval and the secure form must not be activated until it is documented in the internal schedule and this policy.

Provider-controlled chat or messaging history may follow the selected provider account settings and its own legal obligations. Security-rate-limit records use pseudonymous identifiers and short operational windows. Information required for an accepted legal matter may be retained under a separate engagement and professional record policy.

Your choices and data rights

No internet transmission or storage method can be guaranteed risk-free, so the first enquiry is intentionally limited and document uploads are disabled.
