01

Measures already built into the website

The component system uses semantic headings, one H1 per page, visible focus styles, a skip link, labelled navigation, keyboard-operable disclosures, explicit form labels, status messages, responsive layouts and text alternatives for meaningful images.

  • keyboard access to navigation and primary actions;
  • responsive reflow without page-level horizontal scrolling at tested widths;
  • sufficiently large controls and readable line spacing;
  • form errors and availability messages announced through accessible status regions;
  • content structure that does not depend on color alone;
  • direct email and telephone alternatives to optional widgets.

02

Known limitations and third-party content

Smartsupp and Elfsight interfaces are supplied by third parties and may not match every behavior of the core website. They are optional and consent-gated; visitors can use the published email, telephone and ordinary WhatsApp link instead.

Some planned supporting photographs remain represented by accessible production placeholders pending licensed assets. Formal testing across the final browser, device and assistive-technology matrix is scheduled for Phase 7.

03

Report a barrier or request an alternative

Email info@surrogacylawyers.ge with the subject “Accessibility” or call +995 555 940 077. Describe the page, task, device or assistive technology and the problem encountered without including sensitive case information.

Where reasonably possible, the firm will provide the information through an accessible alternative while the underlying barrier is assessed. No response-time promise is made until operational service levels are approved.

04

Assessment and review

The site is assessed through automated source and rendered-output checks, keyboard and visual agent-preview review, responsive stylesheet inspection and the planned Phase 7 production audit. Automated tools assist but do not replace human and assistive-technology testing.

This statement will be updated after the full audit, a material redesign, a significant third-party integration change or the identification of a new material limitation.
