Cross-border and authority decisions
Georgian legal work does not replace advice from lawyers qualified in a destination country. Nationality, immigration, passport, parentage recognition, family status and entry decisions are controlled by the relevant foreign law and competent authorities.
Embassies, civil-status bodies, courts, border authorities, clinics and other institutions make their own decisions. Coordination and documentation can reduce uncertainty but cannot guarantee an outcome or deadline.
