How we can help

Legal experience connected to your surrogacy journey

The scope is shaped around your countries, documents, timing and next legal decision.

The first consultation can stay focused on one immediate question. If several providers, agreements or countries are involved, the review can expand into a documented plan showing who is responsible, which records matter and what should happen next.

01

Medical and reproductive law

Legal analysis of consent, treatment documentation, professional duties, clinic records and medical-law disputes.

02

Family and child-related matters

Family-law advice and careful consideration of parentage documentation and the legal interests of the child.

03

Contracts and dispute resolution

Contract interpretation, negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation strategy for complex or sensitive matters.

How Nino Lipartia approaches a surrogacy matter

Nino Lipartia is involved when a surrogacy matter needs closer medical-law or dispute analysis—for example, where clinic consent, patient records, professional responsibility or conflicting provider accounts affect an important decision.

Her role is to make the legal issue understandable, identify the strongest source documents and help the wider team choose a proportionate response. The first objective is often to correct the record or resolve responsibility without making the family’s situation more difficult.

Questions you may bring to the first conversation

  • Who is the patient and who may receive a particular medical record?
  • Does the consent process match the proposed treatment and participants?
  • How should a clinic or agency concern be documented and raised?
  • When is negotiation sufficient, and when is a formal legal response needed?
